Protocol for Hosting Meetings
All members of the VRA Northern California Chapter are invited to host a meeting at their institution. Agenda planning is done by the host and the VRA NoCal Chair. The host institution is responsible for securing a no-cost meeting space. The host institution and/or VRA NoCal volunteers provide beverages and snacks.
